Author and attorney Peter J. Loughlin holds a JD and LL.M degree in International Taxation and Financial Services (Summa Cum Laude) and, is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court. A member of the Board of Academic Advisors and Professors of the American Academy of Financial Management and a Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows, he practices in the field of corporate and individual tax advocacy and pre-immigration tax planning.
